Can I tweak animation in Unreal engine?

I have an animation of a mesh. Is it possible to tweak the animation sequence in Unreal Engine without having to correct the problem in a 3D editor??

You can do it in Persona Editor.

You can select bone.

And than add additive bone transform in additive layer.
