Yes, you can. Just make sure you select Skeletal Mesh in the import dialogue window.

This is ordinary targets morph. In importFBX Dialog you need check Import Morph Targets. But you must recreate all dependency in UE4 with blueprints.

but i wanted that bone create deformation in real time with triggers, like a muscles in certain angles of rotation of the bone. I think will have to bake animation with deformations. And as you said, i create triggers in the engine through blueprints for morph targets.
