Can I Transfer money from my Unreal Engine account to my bank account?

I have 30$ on my UE4 account that I will not use ever. Is there a way I could transfer it into my bank account or my paypal account?

I don’t think so. How did this money get on your Unreal Engine Account? Was this from 2015 when Epic made UE4 Free and added a credit to all the current subscriber’s accounts? I still have about $0.53 on my Account.

That $30 was a credit for Marketplace for those that were Subbed or (if lucky enough) had student licenses during sub times. The purpose of that is for use on the Marketplace, not for your own personal use outside of that.
