Can I still use UE for my projects in Russia?

Hello! Due to the “Epic is stopping commerce with Russia…”, it looks like is impossible to use Unreal Engine for new projects (being in Russia) anymore. As it is now also impossible to register a new project on Epic’s site. So, my question is, can I still continue to use Unreal Engine for my projects, or it is now blocked for Russian developers?

I am from Russia to. I learn Unreal, Unity and O3DE. I want to use Unreal but I have question to Epic Games:
I can not understand why I can not open the Release Form? Why I, Russian, do not entitlement to the $1 million USD gross revenue exemption?
