For instance, if i am creating a visual pack for a client. I create an environment using marketplace assets and sell the final fully rendered visual to someone. They will never have access to the ue project file, only the final video. Is it legal?
Also, if i would make a visual using some of the marketplace assets can i sell the final video on my website for anyone to buy? Does the same apply for other websites models like CGtrader and sketchfab?

You will need to check the Marketplace EULA for more information about how Marketplace assets may be used. I highly suggest seeking out some legal council to look it over if you need help to know if your use case is allowed.
As for the other 2, I am not sure and am no lawyer so I won’t give any legal advice, but you should take a look at their licensing agreements as well.
