Hi! I wanted to make a game with UE 4, but I don’t know if I should use Creators License or Publishing License. I assume I should Publishing License if i want to sell it, but in the description of the Creators License it says it’s also for students. I’m asking this because I want to avoid the 5% royalties, I mean I’m ok with the 5%, after all is their engine, but if I can avoid it I will try it.

It has changed recently.
Unreal Engine End User License Agreement for Publishing: This license is free to use and incurs 5% royalties when you monetize your game or other interactive off-the-shelf product and your lifetime gross revenues from that product exceed $1,000,000 USD.
Just make many products and stop selling when you hit $999,000 for each. Easy 
But seriously, you pay royalties on what you make above the threshold. So if you make $1,000,050 you need to pay 5% of the 50…

Actually, the real answer is no
You are not allowed to distribute games with creators license regardless of your race, gender, orientation or role in society.
If you want to distribute games, you’ll need PUBLISHING LICENSE.
You can sign up for one without payment and you can also keep your creators license.
It’s just a legal formality.
