Yes you can. I run a 750m 8gb on a 2.4 ghz i7. You may find that it will run better if you open nvidia control panel and add unreal engine to run off nvidia. If you do not do this it will run off the the built in Intel GPU.
I also recommend you adjust your project settings to low graphic quality as you build because as your scene gets complex in verticies and material shaders the editor will lag. There are a lot of other things you can do as you build, it just won’t look beautiful until you package the game.
You could try using an external GPU (eGPU).
