Can i run UE4?

I’m 3D designer, and i’d like to try to develop a game. I know the Recomended requirement is

  • Quad-core Intel or AMD processor, 2.5 GHz or faster.
  • NVIDIA GeForce 470 GTX or AMD Radeon 6870 HD series card or higher.
  • 8 GB RAM

But they’re too much for me.
So, can i run on my laptop?

  • Intel Core i3 2310M @ 2.1GHz
  • NVIDIA GeForce GT 540M
  • 4 GB RAM

I don’t need 30fps, 20 is enough for me.

If i can’t, how can i improve. wich parts i need to upgrade? or just with some tweaks i can get higher fps?

​​​​btw my laptop’s modular, so i can disassemble my processor, vga, or anything else. but It’s more expensive than normal parts.

I wasn’t planning for some serious development, but who knows maybe UE4 suits me.

You’ll have serious problems running unreal with 4GB ram. I just recently upgraded to 32 for it.

Other than that, why not just install it and see if you can handle the slowness or not?
