Yes, but it ran better for me on Windows 7.
8Gb ram on a three year old i7 with some nvidia mobile card just about cuts the mustard.
Main issue is disk speed, followed by memory I have upgrades for both hdd and memory on the way but you’ll want to disable Windows defender on ue folders.
