Can I remake or change the assets base from the assets in Quixel Bridge to make a game and sell it?

Just wondering if revise the asset in quixel bridge to make games will violat the term of use.

As for modifying an asset, if the asset is modified and included in a packaged project it is considered part of the project and can be used commercially. This is only valid depending on the license. In case of Quixel, it falls under the Market Place TOU/S. Meaning it can only be used in Unreal Engine unless other wise stated.

To answer your question. As long as your using the asset in Unreal Engine you can manipulate it as you see fit.

To State the obvious, you cannot modify an original asset and resell it as your own. You can however recreate a similar object/modify and sell it, as you would be the objects creator.

** On a side note, I don’t remember if the quixel website is still selling assets as standalone content, if this is the case it would fall under a different terms of use/service.
