I’m a noob with ue4 but with the help of a lot of tutorials found on the web i’m making a totally free 3D spaceship shooter.

Can I put my demo (the game is not finished) on my website to download for free?

Is there some legal rules to follow?

Yes! You can put a demo of your game on your website to download for free. You will not owe any royalties provided you do not collect any revenue.

Your second question is rather broad, but I encourage you to read the UE4 EULA (EULA - Unreal Engine ).
