I am new at Twinmotion and ran into a problem.. How can I paint the vergeboard, but without the other wood turning out the same colour? I need the inside to be light wood, but the vergeboard to be black like the walls on the house..
I hope someone can help :-)

When you import your model into Twinmotion, there is an option called Collapse that defines how the materials and objects in your model are organized. Normally, objects are Collapsed by Material, where all objects that share the same material are treated as a single object in Twinmotion, so all changes are applied to each piece that shares the same material.
For your case, you will want to re-import your model with the Keep Hierarchy Collapse option. This will retain the original model hierarchy and each object will be modifiable individually. This should allow you to change the material used by the vergeboard without changing the material of all the other pieces that use the same wood material.

Thank you for the response! - I found an easier solution for above problem, luckily. I had not changed the different types, so that was the solution.. Classic beginner mistake - I hope.. ;-)
But now i have another problem... I hope you can help me again!
I tried to add animators to my Revit doors and followed this guide: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WsMPlR-Tudc
It worked perfectly separating the door from the frame and I could then add the animation. The problem though is that it adds the animation to multiple doors even if they are different types and family's, which doesn't make sense in my world.
I tried your above suggestion, but im afraid that I will lose all the work ive already done in TM if i re-import :-( Isn't that correct?
Isn't there a simpler solution to the problem that I may have just overlooked?
