Can I not set Actors in a Physics Constraint inside Blueprints?

I’m trying to constraint two ACTORS with a Constraint. If I create a Physics Constraint Actor I can do that just fine, but if I make that a Blueprint I can’t find anyway to access and set the Actor targets. I can only connects bones of components.

Am I doing something wrong, or is there something silly I don’t understand.

I would of course want to be able to set up Actor constraint from within scripting that is not level script.
