Can I move the camera completely around full 360

This seems like an easy one but it’s giving me a headache. I’ve created a pawn that has a spring arm component with a camera attached as a child to the spring arm. Works great, except that if I rotate the camera all the way up for down it locks at the north and south poles. I would like to be able to continue rotating past these points. Although I can’t find a parameter that will allow me to break that. So I’ve tried creating a dummy node above the spring arm, and putting my rotations on that - but Yaw doesn’t seem to work. If I add local rotation from the “Input Axis Turn” It stays completely still.
