Can I modify the metahuman characters to suit my needs in Blender?

Can I modify the metahuman characters to suit my needs in another program like Blender? (I would use it within a game made in Unreal Engine).

In the FAQ I found that if it is allowed to modify it in Autodesk Maya to animate, but it should be used in Unreal Engine.

As it was not clear to me if I could edit it with another program and for another purpose than animate, but using it in Unreal Engine, I have decided to ask here, I hope it is not a nuisance.
