Can I modify game/engine files to change minimum RAM requirements?

Well, I want to know if can I change the minimum RAM that the game needs (PUBG Mobile, 1.5GB) in engine files to run. I NOT WANT KNOW IF THE GAME GONNA LAGGING OR CRASH, this I can resolve.
I already ran a UE4 game on my phone, so I guess PUBG blocks me to play just because the will lagg or crash.

If this is impossible, sorry. And sorry for my bad English…

No, because engine don’t have such a block feature out of the box, it is probably something that PUBG developers coded. And besides modifying files is probably against products EULA, so you won’t get help on that here.
