Can I manually import .sbsar files into TM or can I only access through a linked Substance account?

I was wondering If I could manually import .sbsar files or is it only seen in the Substance tab after I download from the website?

Yes, you can. Under Materials where you can add a material, click the lower right shaded corner and change Standard to Substance in the flyout. Then click the + sign to load a SBSAR.
