Can I link multiple Ridig Body chians as a 'net'?

I’m working on a character that will be for a mobile platform so I don’t have the ability to use cloth sim but I have some wide hanging fabric that hangs down the leg, I’m using more then one chain of bones to hold the skin weights because in other custom engines in the past I’ve been able to connect the separate rigid body chains together to form a ‘net’ that handles collision and stops legs pushing them apart in the animation.

Is there anything in the physics editor that will allow me to do this?.. it seems like this is a feature in chaos rigid body in UE5 from pictures I’ve seen posted, but I’m looking to try and get similar results
