as of 5/17/18 my account was hacked name changed and V-bucks spent on ■■■■ my friends list on my account wiped and replaced with the hackers friends which i had reported. Is there any one that can assist me in somehow contacting Epic as when i emailed they have basically ignored me and sent me the auto email of “be with you shortly” This was on the day and i have not gotten anything sense. Any one know how to get help as if this matter was taken care of by epic it would not have been a huge problem but like another game company that pushes their player base aside unless they are a huge streamer/youtuber get nothing.
I have tried to call their hotline but even when i get an option i believed that would help sends me to a voicemail
Email got auto response and ignored
