Can I download unreal engine outside the Epic Games Launcher?

Hi,

i’m located in China and have a very slow internet connection that is not very consistent. I’ve tried to download unreal engine 4 multiple times and it will disconnect and than give me errors before I can complete it. Is there another way I can download it outside the engine or possibly a torrent?

We have a github build that you can pull from if you are unable to get the editor from the launcher. Please go togithub.com/EpicGames/UnrealEngine to get the build.
