I’m trying to know where I can run the engine instead of a computer

You can’t download the engine on a tablet. The engine is supported for development on Windows, Linux and MacOS. Here is a reference for recommended settings: Hardware and Software Specifications | Unreal Engine 4.27 Documentation

You can however develop games for: Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android. Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and Stadia.

If there is a remote desktop viewer for your tablet, you can run the engine on a Windows server in the cloud (there’s an AMI on Amazon EC2 for example) and use the tablet as the “terminal” for that instance.
However, no tablet currently exists that has sufficient compute/graphics/storage to run the Unreal Engine editor itself – only the finished games will fit.
