I found that my Appdata > Local > Unreal Engine > Common > Zen > Data folder is 56.1 GB. Anyone know if I can reduce that in anyway? That file size seems excessive.

UE does do garbage collection on it. You can just delete the Data folder to clear it. It will fill back up again as you load/cook assets in the editor.
