Can i create animation movie using unreal engine?

I am new to unreal engine. I just wanted to ask if i can use it to make 3d animation movie.
If yes, please tell about some tutorial which will help me to do this.

Absolutely you can. Unreal has a Sequencer tool that’s used for in-game cutscenes, but is also capable of rendering the out to a video file.
