Hi!
I want to create a 3D model of a room (I have the room modeled in 3D to be imported into Unreal), but I wanted to know if I can than have avatars in this room so they can walk around and interact inside this room in real time? To do this, is it enough to have avatars from Player Ready Me, and the imported 3D model? How can a separate headset connect to this “Game” that I have created through another VR headset? Also can this be done by someone without coding experience? At first we were going to import a model into Gravity Sketch, but this limits the movement of the Avatars and creates an unrealistic scene, so we thought to try this. I have a tech background, just not programming. All help would be amazing.
Hey there @Alurieaa! Welcome to the community! Generally if you’re looking to do basic multiplayer with a very simple basic VR room, you can pull it off with mostly blueprints but it will take a significant amount of work! So the VR template itself isn’t fully replicated off the bat, so many people tend to use what’s known as VR expansion plugin, a 3rd party plugin that helps make VR components multiplayer compatible. This is where it’s a little harder to do with purely blueprints. I’ll leave some links and resources below!
