Can i create a game like Dr Driving in ue4?

I just download ue4 and wondering if i can create a game like Dr.Driving, my programming skills is not good but I am willing to learn and watch tutorial videos in youtube. thanks

You can do pretty much anything if you put your mind to it, keep it simple (if you’re doing it solo) and dedicate enough time to learning the basics.

UE4 comes with a vehicle example, consider starting messing around with that.
