Can I attach a component to a ragdoll?

Is there any way to attach a component so that it updates its position with a ragdolled character? Or simply get world location of the ragdolled mesh? Getting the location of the basic skeletal mesh component just defaults to where the character would be if it weren’t ragdolling (ie: the characters local 0,0,0 and not where the ragdolled mesh has ended up).

Any help would be great.
