Hi Everyone! I recently purchased a new computer, and the graphics program on this computer is AMD Ryzen. Ever since I installed the AMD program, Unreal Engine 5 will lag horribly whenever I make a drop down appear by either right clicking or using the drop downs at the top. I am thinking if I can add Unreal Engine as a supported game in AMD, the lag will stop. AMD recognized Photoshop as a supported game, so it does recognize non-game programs to support. Does anyone have any advice? Thank you!
Hey @XCrystalLightX!
If you have the latest AMD software (adrenaline edition) which you should with a Ryzen, all you need to do is go to games, find the 3 vertical dots in the right hand corner, and add a game.
I hope the above is the solution you need!
Hi @Quetzalcodename! Thank you for the advice! I found the Unreal Editor executable, and AMD accepted it. However, this did not fix my problem. Does anyone have any advice?
Hey @XCrystalLightX,
If AMD adrenaline accepted the program, have you tried adjusting the settings within the program or looking at any performance advisories if there is one?
And you stated this only happened after installing adrenaline edition? There are no updates needed at the moment correct?
