Before I get too far into implementing the Steam API, I want to make sure that doing so does not affect having the game in the Epic store.
I have not seen any other options for multiplayer so far.
I don’t expect games like Fortnite rolled their own client/server code, but maybe they did?

I don’t think having the option of Steam integration would stop your game from being published on the Epic store, but you still have to meet whatever other requirements are needed for it. Good luck!
