Can anyone guide me how to apply Ark mod without workshop manually?

So i new to Ark mod
And i basically want to install a mod without the workshop (do it manually).
I try to download some mod with a web downloader from workshop and it succed.
but i don’t know how to applying the mod that i downloaded to the Ark, so can anyone guide me how to apply it? (Not from steam workshop, maybe copy-paste file??)

the mod is in a folder and there are some mod.info, file primalearth (maybe core file) and window or such things.
The mod were Indominus Rex.

I would not recommend a different way to download and install any mods to your game other than from the Steam Workshop.
If you are talking about installing a mod to your ADK, then just install the folder into your ADK’s mods folder.
