Can an acer aspire 7 be used for UE4?

I’m looking to buy a laptop that I can play some games on and learn to use UE4 on… the acer aspire 7 seems to be the best option as it doesn’t go over my budget. However, I would like to know if I can use UE4 on the aspire 7.

The specs are:
Intel Core i5-7300HQ, 8GB RAM, 1TB HDD, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 2G

Unless you won’t be dealing with heavy 3d graphics, it should be fine I think.
