Can a UE4 model developed in Windows be uploaded to a Linux webserver?

I have seen many models similar to mine (architecture) but they don’t explain the underlying infrastructure.

Obviously, if am am sitting next to the PC where the models and video are being developed, the responsiveness will be optimal. However, I need to put my models before the eyes of many people, who will want to interact and go to the different rooms and floors.

Is this science fiction or doable with UE4 in combination with a webserver? What kind of responsiveness should I expect? Will I have to reduce the detail of my models (like done in games)?
