Can a static mesh location always face camera?

If possible how could I make a static mesh location always face camera inside Niagara ? I created a mask from the mesh to spawn 1 particle with its shape and I intended to use the location to spawn particles off the edges, the 1 sprite with follow your camera position and the particles inside the mesh location follow but the mesh location does not follow the camera (example photo links below)

Is this possible, would it have to be done using scratch pad? I am using UE4.27 as well.

What I want it to look like all the time:

what it does if you rotate around the NS:

I am also having this issue, were you ever able to find a solution for it?
