Hi, all!
In the editor, I place a playerstart on some terrain.
When I move a landmass actor up, the ground rises up and swallows the player start. Fair enough.
Am I missing some built-in technique to have that placed playerstart rise with the terrain?
- I tried creating an actor foliage layer. It seemed to work at first, but I ran into problems where it didn’t seem to save the new location properly after I edited the terrain. Am I just doing it wrong?
- My next effort is to hand-place a location actor, and then have PCG project that location onto the terrain, and then spawn in the playerstart dynamically.
