Hey I’m just searching this myself and found you can add a camera anim by going to your content browser Add New>Misc>Camera Anim and animating the camera subtly in the translate and rotate. This is basically a matinee which can be added to your sequencer as shown in the video you linked. In sequencer you can right-click the track and play with fade in/out and also loop it.
I’m looking at recording my own natural camera shake and getting it into maya somehow then importing it to unreal.

it’s a great question. There is no documentation at all, that shows you how to assign a camera shake to a CineCameraActor inside of the Sequencer.
Does nobody know how that works?
