I have exact same problem, which was asked in the following post:
However checking “Use Controller Rotation Roll” and “…Pitch” doesn’t solve the problem for me.
I spent literally hours, trying to get my camera to rotate other than “Yaw” without success!
It only rotates horizontally!
It looks like a bug… unless I miss something ?
