Camera rails problem | please help

I have a problem with the camera rails in UE4. Everytime I try to make a flythrough or something using the rails, the movement ends up really jurky and harse in the curves.
There are no very thight corners or anything but everytime my cam changes a direction you see it clearly, its not eased. What am I missing?

Spline rails in Unreal can be a challenge. Try to use as few points as possible. Adjust your curve spline controllers to make sure transitions are good. You can dig down to the lowest level to get to the spline and there’s a control to step through the points one by one and check values. Don’t try to make a complex 3D move.
