Camera lens info

I have been using a DJI Mavic to capture images for RC.

I also tried filming in 4K and importing.

I also tried using the portrait option for some of the images of better capture vertically from ground level shots

I found that the lens info is read from the still images but not from the images from the video. Also the video has an aspect ratio of 16/9 where as the stills are 4/3. So what to do? Can I manually tell RC to use the same lens? Or do I need to compensate for the fact that the images have another aspect ratio?

Also I read somewhere that vertical shots could confuse RC. Do I need to worry about this?

Finally I may have made a mistake in using Adobe Camera Raw to remove lens distortion. This is a Nono? Right?

Hello.
Better avoid lens undistortion in external apps. All this transformations photogrammetry not precise.

And you can inject lens settings to video frames with Exiftool. But this is not mandatory. With good quality images and good overlap RealityCapture will estimate all lens settings without any Exif data.
Only one thing you can do with video if you used prime lens not a zoom. You can manually select all video frames in 1D or 2D view and set calibration group to any number (except -1) that will group all this images as one lens group. And this can help in alignment in most cases.
