I am working on a 2.5D Jump’n’Run and I recently found the Camera Lag option on the Spring Arm
Is there a possibly to lock that on one Axis but using it on others ?
The Problem is, that it looks really nice on the X Axis but it’s to much on the Z Axis

I think there is no one click solution. What you can do is changing the Camera (Rotation) Lag Speeds.
Another way would be this (within the thirdpersoncharacter blueprint):
This is the very common technique of selfmade camerfa lag/sway. Just change the speed values. You will understand it very quickly.

This doesnt work for me :S the camera moves forward without the character being able to follow
I have tested it with the basic third person character template and it works. Can you provide more info about your projects.
