Camera doesn't follow the character completely

Hello. I’m doing tutorial “3D person game with blueprints”. Everything is great except couple things. The camera follows my character’s movements(translations) but it doesn’t rotate with him. I’ve tried everything but can’t reach the same result as in the tutorial. My camera boom inherits pith, yawn and roll but looks like it doesn’t work. What is wrong with it?
And the quality of render is poor. How can i do it like in the tutorial? Thanks in advance.
