Hey! I’m struggling with a camera collision issue in UE5. I’m using Spring Arm from Third Person Template. The camera shakes or jitters when it is enabled on the Spring Arm — but it only happens when colliding with Landscape or non-plane mesh. It works fine on flat meshes or simple floors. I’ve tried tweaking Lag Speed, Probe Size, Collision settings, but the problem remains. Any idea how to fix or smooth this when dealing with Landscapes or objects? Did you get this with the standard Spring Arm ?
I am facing the exact same issue in our project, however only on consoles (PS5, Xbox Series X and Switch), on PC everything works fine.
The fixes from @Daxt3r06 improved the behaviour, but it still happens.
At this point I have no idea what the issue is, it seems to be some kind of bug related to non flat surfaces. But as it only happens on consoles it’s even stranger.
