Calling on a flipbook animation in Blueprint

Hey guys, sorry for the bother this probably sounds stupid but… I’m currently using update 4.4 and i downloaded the ‘Kenney Sprite Pack’. So for practice i thought I’d make a Mario-esque type game. So i made a flipbook animation for the coin box, but the problem is that when im in the blueprints i cant seem to figure out how to call on the function or create an event where when i touch the box the animation starts, then you can no longer interact with it. Like in Mario with the exclamation mark blocks turn from yellow to brown. So the object goes through an animation and then be completely different after the interaction and no longer be usable. (I know not completely original but its a good way to learn with a little nostalgia thrown in there.)
