I have been having some issues taking a vehicle model from solidworks to unreal engine. I have a number of issues:
The model has several aspects that are mirrored within the CAD software. These appear fine in blender and 3ds max. However, when imported into Unreal, these parts are missing.
When the vehicle wheels are set to kinematic physics type (as required by the CARLA simulator) everything appears fine at first, but when the simulation button is pressed within the physics editor the wheels grow to be almost 10x their original size dwarfing the bodywork and making the model unusable. Just to add, when the physics type is set to Default this does not happen.
Hopefully someone has some ideas what the issues may be!
