Cables IK human skeleton questions

so for any of animators out there does this heirarchy make sense I want the cable bones to be locked to the glider and the end weapon attachment to the end of the chains. It is not possible without attaching the ik helper which wont be in game. so ive thought about setting the cables up as a separate object that attaches to a socket but I am having trouble figuring out what needs to connect to what. if I took one arm and reversed the situation the head of the cable would no longer be attached to the chest or main position. Idk im pretty mixed up atm on what I should be doing to get this to work. I know that after import I have to figure out how to get the physics asset to work while the human is animating or figure out if there is a specific ik system I can use in adk.
