C4D character rigging and export to UE4 compatible with current skeletons

I was a unity3d user and I am trying to switch to UE4. I am using C4D as my main app for 3d.

In unity3d to import a character and use animations with mechanim was a piece of cake a 5 minute procedure.

In UE4 I tried various ways and the result is bad and not working even with retargeting.

Is there a tutorial or a walkthrough video for all the users that we use c4d as out main 3d production tool on how to rig for ue4 ?
