hi~ everyone~!

im using UE4.16.0 now.

i got this error whenever i compile my c++ project while editor is running.

"C:\...\MyProject.uproject" -waitmutex" exited with code 5. Please verify that you have sufficient rights to run this command.

but everything is ok, if i compile after quit the editor. i think, its something like a bug maybe… -_-

i appreciate any idea about this circumstances.
