I would like to buy an already finished mobile game that I can re-skin. Is there a place I can do that? Unity has Chupamobile. Not sure if there is a site I can buy them from for Unreal.

I don’t think there is one for unreal. so maybe you should use unity instead to re skin. and sell.
unless you want one from ur4 , then maybe I could make you one for free if you like.
