Never Mind I figured it out You need a W9 tax form and business type which means you need a business license to open up and incorpate an online storefront. A W9 form is a business tax form filed at every quarter. You get it when you incorporate and you have to give your license number. So in a way, Epic Games requires you to have a license so they can send you a tax receipt.
