Hi,
Now that UMG is so powerful do you guys feel that UE4 can now be used to create standard business apps ? Especially since users now demand slick animated highly responsive user interfaces that are very game like ?

Am also looking at data visualisation apps which can leverage the UE4 3D rendering as well to view very large data sets.

If you can do C++ then definitely. If you can only use blueprint, it would really depend on what you are trying to accomplish, but generally I would say you could still make an app for just about any purpose.
