Bump offset image swims in wrong direction and rotates on a certain mesh.

Bump offset image swims in wrong direction and rotates on a certain mesh. It works fine on others… they use the same material. So why would one flat plane make the image float around in random directions and rotate itself as u move around…but others work just fine?

Seems like the problem lies with the fact that i was using a 2nd uv set in my material to do the bump offset. UV0 and UV1 are rotated 90 degrees differently. When I rotate uv2 90 it seems to work better. Any idea if there is a better solution then this?
