BuiltData.uasset Failed to save

Hello everyone,

I am really hoping someone can help. I have been working on my game for a while now and am now only running into an issue. I needed to rebuild my lighting as all of a sudden my game went from nothing to rebuild to a lot of objects needing rebuild. I did not add any more lights, and any new objects I have added i have made them moveable or dynamic as to not mess with the build.

This is the error I am getting:
"Asset ‘F:/ProjectFiles/XXXXX/Content/Levels/XXXX_BuildData.uasset’ cannot be saved as it has only been partially loaded.

I have looked up this issue everywhere on Google and on here and have not been able to find a correct fix so possibly i am missing something and i hope someone can help. I have tried to delete the BuiltData.uasset and have checked to make sure there is not a second instance of the editor open. In the Message Log, the only things i have are:

So nothing there seems any different than before that would allow me to build and save my builddata. The only things I have added to my game since the last successful build was 3 static meshes, couple lens flares (added from marketplace), a character (added from marketplace), and a camera (used to take screenshots and that’s it) I have copied my entire Output Log and there are some Red and Yellow items that i do not understand what they mean. Im assuming possibly that could be the cause? I will post it here:
